Customer has a right to request a cancellation of the order only in the case where the order has not yet been accepted for processing (meaning, the payment for the order has not been received, or the delivery of the order has not started yet).
The order cannot be cancelled once the client starts to receive the ordered services.
We don't offer any cancellations, returns or refunds on orders.
However, we do offer a Replacement in case someone receives a damaged product due to accident in transit.
Replacement with the same product as ordered is only available. In case the replacement is not in stock, only in that case, refund will be generated once we receive back the package.
We will get the defective item picked from the original address and once we receive the product, only then we will dispatch the replacement. In case, return pickup is not possible from the original address, then the customer has to self-ship the order to us.
(Reimbursement for Shipping will be done from our end)
Please note- Complaint for a damaged item has to reported within 48hrs of receiving it, post that, no complaints will be entertained.
To Report any Missing Items, make sure that you take a package opening video. It will be easier for us to report it to the Courier Partner in case of any theft during transit.
